于2004年秋在北京設(shè)立分機(jī)構(gòu)善創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)顧問(wèn)(北京)有限公司,并派駐主要設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)。公司服務(wù)以規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)為主。事務(wù)所強(qiáng)調(diào)建筑設(shè)計(jì)必須以深層次的理論研究和全面的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ)，并主張?zhí)接懨總�(gè)項(xiàng)目因素新的演譯，從而創(chuàng)出造型、空間的新可能性。 WITH-IN視點(diǎn)：21世紀(jì)的因素轉(zhuǎn)移、變幻、大都會(huì)亞洲、中國(guó)因素、別類。
主創(chuàng)建筑師趙善創(chuàng)先生具有多年的建筑研究實(shí)踐，具有日本﹑香港和中國(guó)工程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其中，在他主持下的國(guó)內(nèi)最近已建項(xiàng)目包括北京UHN國(guó)際村，北京首創(chuàng)拓展大廈，北京蘭華國(guó)際大廈，北京鳳凰城二期會(huì)所及商業(yè)街。

Its solely-owned subsidiary, WITH-IN (Beijing) Limited, was established in Beijing in the fall of 2004 to take up the majority of its China projects. 要求：
Requirements:
1. 建筑本科或以上學(xué)歷，海外留學(xué)回國(guó)者或2-3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。 國(guó)籍不論；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architectural Studies. Priority consideration shall be given to those with 2 -3 years working experiences or graduates from overseas universities. Applicants of any nationality are welcome;
2. 掌握中、英雙語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先考慮；
Fluent in English language, and those capable in both Chinese and English language shall be given priority consideration.
3. 熟練使用AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop等軟件；
Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop software.
4. 對(duì)建筑充滿熱誠(chéng)和執(zhí)著，工作勤奮，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
Devotion in architecture, diligence, and team-spirit building.
