道克國際設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)立于2001年，公司總部（DECO-LAND DESIGNING CONSULTANTS，AUSTRALIA）設(shè)在澳大利亞新南威爾士州，是該州新銳的設(shè)計(jì)公司。公司管理服務(wù)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)周到，精于先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)理念的表達(dá)，在澳大利亞、北美、英國和東南亞和中國的設(shè)計(jì)競賽中多次獲得優(yōu)勝，成立至今已取得豐碩的設(shè)計(jì)成果。
DECO-LAND公司于2001年深圳設(shè)立中國公司，2005年在北京設(shè)立分公司，并于2003年、2004年相繼在成都、西安設(shè)立代表處，與大陸設(shè)計(jì)界精英合力開拓中國大陸市場，業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)已輻射到全國各地。從2001年至今公司在多次大型設(shè)計(jì)招標(biāo)里中標(biāo)，并在北京、上海、廣東（深圳、廣州、珠海、東莞、中山）、重慶、四川、浙江、江蘇、山東、湖南、湖北、山西、貴州等地已有多個(gè)建成和在建的工程項(xiàng)目，所設(shè)計(jì)的住宅樓盤項(xiàng)目都取得極佳的銷售業(yè)績。
DECO-LAND 公司的業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目包括：包含居住區(qū)規(guī)劃、校園規(guī)劃及城市總體規(guī)劃在內(nèi)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)；包含科教建筑、博物館建筑、球類場館在內(nèi)的文化體育建筑設(shè)計(jì)；包含商貿(mào)設(shè)施，大型賓館、綜合性醫(yī)院、綜合性廣場在內(nèi)的公共單體建筑設(shè)計(jì)。其中尤以居住建筑、大型賓館、文化建筑及商業(yè)建筑和景觀園林設(shè)計(jì)為其專長。此外還承擔(dān)各類建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的可行性研究，工程設(shè)計(jì)咨詢以及各類形式的技術(shù)合作。

DECO-LAND INTERNATION DESIGNING ORG. was founded in 2001, it is a architectural design consultant in New South Wales of Australia. It works with perfect service, progressional ideas and wonderful production. It has series of sophisticated works in Australia, North American、England and Southeast Asia.
DECO-LAND INTERNATION DESIGNING ORG. establishing company in 2001 in ShenZhen, China. It had a branch company in 2005 in BeiJing, setting up its representative offices in Shenzhen、Chengdu Xi’ an in 2003 and 2004 respectively which is cooperating with Chinese Architect to open up china Mainland market. Since 2001 we have won bids on many large construction projects, which are just completed or under construction in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guangdong Province (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Dongguan) and Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan Shanxi Guizhou Province. All of our residential projects proved to enjoy a good market.
Our business scope involves: planning including housing estate planning: schools and city planning; cultural and sports buildings design including science and education buildings, museums and ball-playing halls; infrastructure design including shopping facilities, grand hotels, polyclinics and large-scaled squares. In particular we are specialized in design of residential architecture, grant hotel, cultural architecture and commercial architecture and landscape design. We also carry on projects feasibility study and provide consulting service and technologic cooperation in many ways.
Trying to strike a balance between the reality and the ideal, we always insist on that architecture is one of the impetuses to better our life, which is the legacy of the Modernism, in our search of the meaning of architecture from a wide range of the civic perspective and specific practice.
